Storage: Store your jewelry in a cool, dry place, away from sunlight and moisture to prevent tarnishing. The best way to ensure your product stays in the best condition, would be to store the item in the bag provided on purchase.

Cleaning: Wipe down with a soft cloth to maintain shine. Avoid contact with harsh chemicals, perfumes, and lotions. 

Home Interiors

Cleaning: Follow the cleaning instructions specific to each item (wood, metal, glass, or ceramic). Typically, a soft cloth and mild detergent will suffice.

Avoid Exposure: Keep items out of direct sunlight to prevent fading or discoloration. For wooden items, avoid prolonged exposure to moisture.

Eligibility for Returns and Exchanges

Due to hygiene reasons, all Mijas  jewellery is non refundable.

Timeframe: If you have any problems with any of the items you have pruchsed, please cntact us within 7 days of your item arriving. Buyers are responsible for return shopping costs; even if damaged in transit. Please allow up to 7 business days for a refund to hit your account before contacting us. 

Condition: Items must be returned in their original, unused condition with all tags and packaging intact.

Non-Returnable Items: Unfortunately, some items (such as Jewellery) are not eligible for return or exchange. Please check the product description before purchasing.

 

Return Process

Shipping: Once approved, please pack your item securely and ship it back to us at the provided return address. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs; even if damaged in transit. 

Refunds: Once we receive the returned item and verify its condition, we'll process a refund to your original payment method. Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable. Exchanges

If you wish to exchange an item for a different size or color, please contact us and we'll do our best to accommodate your request. Exchanges are subject to product availability. Customers are responsible for exchnage shipping costs.
